Chef Kabui is working on a book based on his experience in the Kenya and the U.S. and about building a modern aquaponics operation near Nairobi under the guidance of the legendary urban farmer, Will Allen. During the Spring 2014 Food Tour, he will be speaking at college campuses, doing dinners at different events, meeting other chefs along the way, as well as connecting with other people who care about food.
