APRIL
14th: Chef Kabui was the guest speaker at Elon University. He spook about how African Wisdom is based on food wisdom
 
April 17th: Chef Kabui his first sustainable wedding for 500 guests at the Amory in Durham. Njoroge and Courtney decided that they wanted to tie the knot in a sustainable way.
MAY
7th: Chef Kabui hosted the Eisenhower group at SEEDS to commemorate the birthday of president Eisenhower. The four course dinner was named after the motto of the United States, E for the first course, Pluribus for second course, Unum for the third course and harambee for the fourth course.
16th: Chef Kabui spoke to the students and interns at Pickards Mountain Eco Institute.
 
JUNE
Chef Kabui was a guest of Johnson C.Smith workshop series dubbed " Jazzy Up Your Eating Habits" held in underserved communities in Charlotte. Here is lift and location of the workshops:

June 16th: Chef Kabui will be hosting a dinner and talk at the Duke Smart Home for the summer interns.
June 24th: Chef Kabui visited Netherlands for about two days on his way to Kenya. He visited several organic farms and sustainable groups that are doing cutting edge work.
JULY
Chef Kabui will be traveling to Kenya for a two month work project. He will be acquiring some land at the coast for tree planting as well as continuing his farming project at Kitengela where is working to open organic food demonstration garden.
26th: Chef Kabui was the guest of Agnes Mwangi of Hot Pot Delight for a cooking workshop at her residence at Thindigwa, in Kiambu County. The hands-on  workshop will involve the 40 guests in preparing a four course dinner.
28th: Chef Kabui was a guest speaker at KIOF institute. He spoke to the administration on some future practical solutions to food insecurity.
31st:
Chef Kabui will be visiting Kilifi County for about two weeks on a fact finding mission in the area with the view of acquiring land in the area.

SEPTEMBER
7th: Chef Kabui will be doing a cooking workshop at J C. Smith University in Charlotte using fresh fish grown on campus on their aquaponics system.
6th: Chef Kabui will be speaking to students from CCCC Community College at the school of sustainability.
OCTOBER
11th:
Chef Kabui will be doing a pop up dinner at SEEDS at Durham for the Eisenhower Fellows.
19th:
Chef Kabui will be visiting Duke Campus Farm as a guest of Dr. Saskia. She gave me a tour of the farm.
NOVEMBER
This is an important of month as it is the month that CSFA will be held in Durham.
 
11th:
Chef Kabui will be preparing healthy organic food for  Miles Of Great Hopes program, Proud of My Culture program to be held in Raleigh at the St Mary's High School.
 25th:
Chef Kabui will be doing a team-building workshop at the Duke Smart Home for the international group of Engineering students through the Pratt School of Engineering.
30th:
DECEMBER 
Chef Kabui will be visiting Kenya again to continue his projects in Kenya.

4th:
Chef Kabui will be visiting Real Impact in Thika to speak about the importance of food in our health.
8th:
Chef Kabui will be visiting Kilifi as he worked to set up an organic demonstration farm in Majajani
