Granite Springs Farm dinnerHere is a sample menu from one of our Community Dinners.  Each event is different, depending on the season and availability of produce.  We can customize meals to fit a variety of dietary needs.

A freshly prepared Gnocchi made from local sweet potatoes, white potatoes and beets. Served with a delectable heirloom tomato sauce; accompanied by black beans

Sautéed locally-grown seasonal veggies

Dinner party with fresh local produceTHIRD COURSE:

Freshly squeezed 4-for-stone spiced lavender lemonade
*Made with an enticing combination of locally grown fresh fruits and spices

DESSERT:

Millet, date and almond cake
*Vegan, Sugar and Gluten free
